Quality and Reliability
Quality and reliability have been priority objectives for mga since its inception. With this aim in mind, we carry out monthly quality surveys to assess the quality of our service provision. In 2009, end customers rated the quality of our services with a score of 4.5 out of 5.
We also carry out a meticulous follow-up of incidents with the aim of continually improving our internal operating system.
